Shizuoka Auto Style 2013

This year again the SAS took place in the Twinn Messe of Shizuoka.

The event was obviously shrunk compared to 2012 and the number of cars was unfortunately pretty limited.

However, we were still able to spot a few nice projects and here they are for you.

Exciting Car Showdown 2013 – main dishes

As promised here are three cars we particularly liked.
If you ask us why we chose those we will answer it’s because they were made by private owners from small companies.
Of course there were many fantastic cars made by the big names but you’ll find them in most Medias and everywhere while some cars as interesting at those won’t be shown although they deserve some attention.

Like every year, right after the Sakura season (or right in the middle of it depending on how the weather is messed up…) the NECS took place at the Nagoya Port Messe.

Of course we were not going to miss this event as it always mixes big tuners and smaller ones, providing with a huge variety of cars for every taste. Let’s begin the journey…

We can certainly ask that question judging by the massive interest towards classic and vintage cars that enthusiasts show in Japan nowadays.
More than just a trend, it’s a revival, some kind of travel back to the roots of automobile.
